1. JELLO SHOT CONTEST
We will be holding a Jello Shot contest! The best tasting Jello shot wins to be judged by the ETNPHC board members. There will be a $10.00 entry fee. Prize for the winner. Please sign up for this via the Potluck link. https://www.PerfectPotluck.com/ZCYI2475. You will see a section at the end named Jello Shot Contest, sign up there. Pay the day of the Luau.
2. FOOD
In case it wasn't clear ETNPHC will be providing the main course. We will have a lunch (noonish) and a dinner (5-6ish) main course. For those of you planning on coming later you will not miss out on the food. :)
3. CAMPING
Curtis is graciously allowing people to camp overnight. So if you do not have a DD and have a little too much fun you are welcome to throw up a tent. Please be courteous and clean up after.
4. PAYMENT
We strongly encourage everyone to prepay. This will simplify things for all. If you do not prepay via paypal links (see event details) then please remember to bring cashUpdate: The time for this has been extended. The party starts at noon!

We will have live entertainment for you this year!!! The Knox Vegas Ramblers will be playing from 6pm - 9pm.

This is open to Parrotheads an all pheathered phriends of Parrotheads!

We will have live music! Stay tuned for details. Plus we’ll be spinning all of your favorite tropical favorites … Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown, Tall Paul, Jimmy Buffett and much, much more! If you have any favorites, please bring your CD’s, iPods, iPads or other devices and we’ll play them, too!

 

Cost: Because this is a fund raiser and charity event, we will be asking everyone to pay to attend. The cost is $15 per person and $25 per couple.

 

Raffle Items and 50/50: Bring a little extra cash for the 50/50 drawing. Half of the money will be donated to The Ronald McDonald House and the other half goes to the winner! I’ve seen the winner take home as much as $150! This is very popular with the Parrotheads.

 

The club will also be auctioning off some Raffle items, another favorite among the Parrotheads. Bring some extra cash (or check) so you don’t miss out on these great items.

For those of you who have not been to one of our Luau’s, here are suggestions on what you’ll probably need to ensure you have a PHabulous time:

 

Lawn chair

Cooler w/ice and your favorite beverage

Pop-up tent/umbrella

Swimming gear and your favorite flotation device

Again, a side dish to share
